  • Peanut Butter + Berry Smoothie

    Berry smoothies are my jam in the summer! I love anything that has peanut butter on it and this smoothie hits the spot with its frozen berries and nutty taste. I used a chocolate peanut butter protein powder that hits the spot. I have been eating them for breakfast or for a post workout snack. And they are truly a great replacement for ice cream. I paired them with my favorite fiber GG Scandinavian crackers.     Waffles are just the best, aren't they?! This was one of those what-do-I-have-in-the-fridge/pantry type of recipes. And you know me, I went searching for the waffle iron and the key ingredients to make a bad ass waffle.
