    My schedule has been so crazy busy and this past week was my third week at my new job. I got a new job at a diet office in a hospital and it is getting my even more fired up about nutrition. As a result my workouts have changed a little bit and have been put on the back burner. However, I have been consistently keeping track of everything because I feel like it holds me accountable.     This past week was a little bit slower than the previous week for my workouts. I worked a lot and was on my feet all day everyday, and as a result my workouts were not as intense because I was physically and emotionally exhausted. Nevertheless I still gave it my all and hustled to break a sweat. Here is what I did: Monday: ATO workout I only had one hour to workout so I made the most of it!     What a week. This week's workouts were a little more low key. I wasn't interested in lifting heavy and my body wanted more cardio, so that's what I did. It is also tough for me to be inside on warm, sunny summer days.
