• Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Cups

    So I first made these chocolate peanut butter coconut cups when I was reverse dieting from one of my fitness competitions. They satisfy the sweet tooth and you can make them in less than 5 minutes. Low carbohydrate and little to no sugar but they are still so delicious, I am into it. I found these great individual silicone baking cups and they work perfectly for a single serving size. They are also super easy to clean and you can toss them in the dishwasher and they are microwave safe which is a huge plus. FYI, one of my pet peeves is peanut butter with added sugar. I HATE IT.…
