Hey guys, welcome. I am a fitness enthusiast,
group fitness coach, and food lover. Oh, and I work a full time job in a Diet Office at a Hospital too. Residing in Denver I love the mountains and sunshine. I am always down for a new workout and I am constantly on the hunt for healthier food options and that perfect post workout carb. My journey to health and wellness has been an interesting one, so thanks for jumping in to learn more.
